Paly Reporter Submission Guidelines
- The
submission deadline each month generally falls during the week
following the monthly PTSA Executive Board Meeting. See the list of
deadlines for exact dates.
- Please try
to limit articles to a maximum of 700 words (roughly the amount that
will fit on one typeset page).
- When
submitting photos, please include the names of people appearing in them
and their contact information so that we may obtain their permission.
However, pictures of large groups of students and/or adults may be
published without permission
- Send
submissions by email to palyreportereditor@paloaltopta.org.
We can accept Word, PDF, jpg and gif files, as well as text and
pictures in the body of the email message. We will also accept hard
copy (e.g. paper, photographic prints) and digital media (e.g. CDs or
DVDs). You may leave those items in the PTSA mailbox in the Paly main
office, or make other arrangements by contacting Stephanie Klein at palyreportereditor@paloaltopta.org
or sdklein@sbcglobal.net.
